Acoustic consultancy services cover all the areas shown on the left and many more. ANC members provide advice to a diverse range of clients from developers, architects, property owners, local authorities to private householders.
The ANC welcomes feedback on the work of its Members, both positive and negative. Feedback is carefully considered in order to identify areas of good practice and areas where improvements could be made. This enables Members of the ANC to continue to provide a high quality service to customers and the public at large. Where serious issues are raised, the Board of the ANC may contact the Member firm involved directly. If the Member is considered to have breached the ANC’s Rules and Byelaws or Code of Ethics, formal complaints are processed according to a rigorous complaint handling procedure, information about which is available on the Code of Ethics Page.
There is now a formal Feedback Procedure which shows how information about Members is considered.
